Special Education Compliance and Training LLC (SECT LLC) is a Women-owned Business that operates the Special Education Training Center (SETC), an online platform dedicated to providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) professional development, custom eLearning programs for federal, state, and private-sector clients, and training in various formats. We are an approved provider for the Texas Education Agency – State Board for Educator Certification, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the Texas Education Agency’s Parent-Directed Special Education Services.
