Sparkman Industries, Inc. (SI) provides machining, fabrication and repair services to customers in the oil & gas, marine and petrochemical sectors. SI also provides inspection, testing and maintenance of DOT and UN portable tanks and intermediate bulk containers in accordance with the Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR 180). Machine Shop: Precision-turned product machining, including Five (5) axis CNC machining of carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, and composite products; in-house AutoCAD drafting for engineering drawings Fabrication Shop: Fabricated metal product manufacturing, including ASME “U” Certificate for construction of new pressure vessels (carbon steel and stainless steel - ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1); NBBI “R” Certificate: for repairs and alterations to metallic items; Marine/offshore equipment per Det Norske Veritas (DNV) standards; Custom fabrication of metal products; custom skid fabrication; Weld build-up for final machining
