Operating principally as a Program/Construction management firm, our professional staff has been providing construction management services with entities involved in the construction industry and assisting them in a manner that promotes project success for over 10 years. Our portfolio of program/construction management and consulting services for complex projects includes: construction contract administration, constructability reviews, project controls and document management to include: scheduling, cost estimating and cost control, change order management, project management, claims management and resolution, quality assurance, building commissioning, and project close-out.
