NAZCARE LLC provides community-based housing support and home health services through its affiliated programs. The organization owns and operates Round Rock Home Health Service, a provider of skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and personal care services delivered by licensed nurses and qualified healthcare professionals. NAZCARE LLC also operates Serenity Peaceful Living, a transitional residential housing program that provides safe, stable housing for adults capable of independent living. Serenity Peaceful Living is not a licensed assisted living facility and does not provide medical or licensed residential care services. Residents maintain full independence and retain the right to select any licensed healthcare or home health provider.
