Kimberly Davolt, President of MCES has over 15 years expertise in overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring QC for custodial & environmental services contracts. Founded with the mission of enhancing individuals' lives through training & employment opportunities, MCES has a commitment to fostering growth and empowerment. Davolt served as VPO at HHI Services, Inc. for 3 yrs. While there, she assumed responsibility not only for day-to-day oversight of a 2 million sq foot contract but also spent two years on-site at JBLM during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, where she played a crucial role in maintaining operational continuity. Kimberly resolved a pre-existing Corrective and Preventive Action & consistently elevated third-party inspection scores throughout her tenure at HHI Services. Davolt's proactive approach enabled her to identify and overcome key barriers while enhancing communication and collaboration between governmental entities, contractors, and SourceAmerica.
