Isolate, Inc., developed its unique and patented UVC/HEPA high performance air filtration unit design in 2003 to deliver very high-quality indoor air for both negative and positive isolation room applications. In 2007 extensive microbial mitigation testing by a major university level three biological laboratory demonstrated the unit’s solid catch and kill performance. The resulting Killer Filter® machines are in wide use in both institutional and government facilities since that time. Besides employing a true HEPA element, UVC emitter, needlepoint bipolar ionization device, all production units deliver super clean air via a speed adjustable 120/1/60 ECM fan.
