In Extremis Performance (IEP) has been serving the tactical community since 2020. The team brings a human performance backgrounds of doctorate and masters level education, combining in years of law enforcement special operations experience to provide a process focused approach to enhance the end user's operational performance. Based out of Dallas, TX, the IEP team is located throughout the country and primarily travels to local, state, and federal special operations units to provide firearms training courses. IEP has found a specialized area to focus on a unit's ability to move and shoot at a higher level, and is currently training both operational and training cells in multiple federal special operations units.
