Green Bean Consulting Group equips organizations – operational and functional leaders and their teams – with structured and practical problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. These skills are based on top-tier consulting firm learnings and advanced education and are informed by both reputable management science and cognitive psychology research. Our aim is to make these insights available to small to medium sized organizations to build independent capability. Our core offering is the FirstGrow Method, a proprietary workshop and homework-based program that supports organizations to overcome complex, often familiar challenges. This is complemented by our FirstGrow Training program, a training program that provides teams with the fundamental problem-solving tools and perspectives necessary to successfully implement the FirstGrow Method. The FirstGrow Training program has been approved by the Massachusetts Express Program for funding reimbursement for eligible SMB firms.
