lara A. Berry RN BS MSEd Ph.D. serves as the single owner of BerryC. LLC Limited Liability Company with the assumed name of Personal Touch Care and Service (PTCS). PTCS is in the process of forming its business structure for a home care business for today's older adult. Dr. Clara Berry is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background with over 20 years in long-term post-acute care. Dr. Berry started her nursing career in the acute care setting achieving world-class clinical skills in numerous care areas, then transitioned too senior care in the long-term post-acute sector. Her stair-step career in long-term post-acute care involved working as a Charge nurse, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Director of Nurses, Director of Nurses, Infection Control Nurse, Professional, and Senior Nurse Consultant.
