ARKEOUS LLC is a software engineering and applied AI firm in El Paso, Texas, adjacent to Fort Bliss. We take projects from idea to implementation: we build the software organizations run on and apply AI where it earns its place. Software engineering: full stack web, native iOS and Android, REST APIs, systems integration and legacy modernization. Applied AI and automation: computer vision, document generation and review, workflow automation, and agents over an organization's own systems via MCP. AI test and evaluation: evaluation harnesses, adversarial and prompt injection testing, and guardrail verification. We operate Daishi, an independent agent evaluation platform. Also AI adoption and workforce enablement, geospatial AI with ESRI ArcGIS, QA and testing, DevSecOps and cloud on AWS, Azure and GCP, and technical consulting. Proven in a regulated environment with a HIPAA-built platform in production. Both principals are engineers on every delivery. Open to subcontracting and teaming.
