We are a Minority Construction Company founded in 2008 in Chattanooga, TN. The owner is Alejandro (Alex) Richter, a tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) Civil Engineering AS Degree professional with over 30 years’ experience in the construction field (residential, commercial, military and industrial). Alex’s vision for Marbella Construction is built on a desire to grow a successful construction company in the Tennessee Valley based on high-quality and knowledgeable performance. Alex holds both Tennessee and Georgia Contractor’s licenses as well as OSHA instructor credentials. He has worked as a General Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Construction/Demolition Superintendent in the US and Venezuela. MISSION: To provide excellent service in a safe work environment with a high-quality final product where the client’s satisfaction is the first priority.
