Mailroom Pros is a mail co-mingler (we combine clients’ mail to earn the lowest postage rates available). Collectively, Mailroom Pros staff has more than 25 years of mailing industry experience. Our firm currently processes daily mail for many of Chattanooga’s largest employers including hospitals, banks/credit unions, and insurance companies. Services we provide include design, digital printing, inserting, metering, and sorting mail for automation discounts. Unlike many printers and direct mailers, we have an MLOCR (Multi-line Optical Character Reader) which allows us to process both typed and handwritten mail to achieve maximum postage discounts for our clients.
