Capabilities

Magnum Manufacturing is equipped to process products needing stamping, light volume of welding (looking to expand), assembly, light volume tumbling, and Tooling repairs and modifications of stamping dies and other associated equipment. We have presses that range from bed sizes of 24x36 at 125 tons, 60x42 at 300 tons, 83x48 at 350 tons, 84x50 at 200 tons, 96x58 at 300 tons, 72x42 at 135 tons, 214x72 at 1200 tons, 180x96 at 500 tons and 180x66 at 1,600 tons with a shut height of 60 inches for the 1,600 ton. Our Tool and Die shop is experienced and known in the industry for their abilities to fix, repair, and run dies known for problems, unfixable, unable to be run, or repaired. This is where the magic happens at Magnum. We stamp parts for all industries and our quality division is pristine and driven to make sure our product is what the customer envisioned and all standards are met if not exceeded.
