Omega Liner Company is a premium USA manufacturer of UV-CIPP liner (Ultra Violet Cured in place pipe), used in the trench-less restoration and repair of pipe and culvert systems. Omega Liner Company is the first full scale (6-63 inch liners), single point manufacturing facility in the USA. Dry liner production and wet-out takes place in the same location. UV-CIPP is a more environmentally friendly way to repair drainage structures as it uses less fuel and no water in the curing process; compared to steam/hot water curing. And the stronger, but thinner material allows minimal impact on the existing pipe capacity. The high strength fiberglass properties result in thinner wall design, maximized hydraulic capacity and reduced resin consumption. We also specialize in UV-CIPP installation equipment.
