Robbins & DeWitt (R&D) is a woman-owned environmental consulting company primarily focused on the transportation/infrastructure market. R&D is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in South Carolina. Primary services include environmental planning and documentation pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other federal and state regulations. These efforts include the development and analysis of potential alternatives and evaluates the environmental impacts of the preferred alternative. As part of NEPA, R&D also specializes in wetland/stream delineations, protected species surveys, natural resources inventories, traffic noise analyses, agency coordination, public involvement, Clean Water Act permitting, and environmental compliance during construction.
