MTS Partners LLC is an SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Non-Traditional Defense Contractor (NDC) specializing in the lifecycle support of USAF Training Systems. Our team brings over 25 years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the design, modification, and integration of aircraft Maintenance Training Systems. We provide end-to-end mission support including requirements development, engineering design, hardware/software modifications, system installation, and testing. Key capabilities include hardware 'remove and replace' modifications for trainer modernization and the development of agile software updates for complex training environments. We are committed to preserving critical institutional knowledge while delivering efficient engineering solutions that ensure maintainer readiness. Currently implementing an ISO 9001-based Quality Management System and a NIST 800-171 compliance roadmap (CMMC Level 2) within a sovereign Microsoft 365 GCC High environment.
