Innovative Manufacturing & Design is a manufacturing facility that specializes in the machining of stainless steel and exotic materials, such as Inconel, Hastelloy-X, Nimonic and L-605. Our work adheres to tight tolerance specifications in designing and building anything from fixtures to components for land based gas turbines, steam turbine accessories and shroud seals. We’re also expert in manufacturing specialized replacement parts, such as fuel nozzles for land based gas turbines. Our capabilities include CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, TIG Welding, and airflow testing. We make it a priority to stay current with the latest and most technologically advanced equipment in order to keep us on the cutting edge in the industry. We frequently update our machines and tooling so we can operate efficiently and achieve the highest quality results. To ensure we deliver the highest quality product to our customers, we have implemented a quality system that is ISO 9001 certified.
