Our Approach Capitol Construction of the Carolinas is a family owned and operated general contractor operating out of Spartanburg, SC. Originally founded in 1986, our company has grown into a full service contractor, opting to complete the vast majority of our jobs and services with our in-house crew, equipment, and management team. We have operated as Capitol Construction since 2010.
