Andrews Engineering Co. is a civil engineering, surveying, and construction management firm located in Beaufort, South Carolina. Founded by Steve Andrews, AEC has successfully engineered and permitted commercial, residential, and governmental, and design-build projects throughout the Lowcountry since the early 1990’s. Our projects typically require feasibility studies, surveying, planning and site layout, grading, access and road design, wet and dry utilities, and stormwater management plans, and construction administration.
