11 Cyber Services, LLC, (11CS) is a minority-owned small business based in Charleston, SC, since 2019. We specialize in securing systems and delivering mission assurance for the federal and commercial clients through a risk-based approach. We have 20+ years of experience in cyber security supporting various DoD and other federal organizations. Currently, we support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) as a subcontractor. We provide cybersecurity engineering, risk management, cross domain solutions integration, and project management services. We were awarded Seapor-NxG IDIQ in 2024 and MDA SHIELD in 2025. We maintain a TS Facility Clearance. 11CS is focused on four main areas of cybersecurity and IT - engineering, evaluations/assessments, cross domain, and risk management framework (RMF). Proper credentials and certifications are held to comply with DoD and Industry requirements.
