Tech Services Group, Inc. dba Tech Research Group (TRG) is a developer of product support documentation and data for military and other government programs. We develop technical manuals for the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment as well as training support material such as training videos, Interactive Multimedia Instructional (IMI) Courseware. TRG also compiles spare and repair part data (Provisioning) for these systems in a specialized format that supports the government procurement system. TRG can prepare various types of supportability analyses such as Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC). We develop packaging data, Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs), and perform Package Verification Testing.
