Caputo and Wick Ltd. is a Rhode Island based consulting firm specializing in classic civil engineering, surveying, and environmental permitting services to public agencies, non-profit organizations, the general public, developers, contractors, and other design professionals. The firm began operation in the spring of 1977 and maintains a single office at 1150 Pawtucket Avenue in Rumford, Rhode Island. Our complement of in-house professionals includes civil, structural, and traffic engineers, land surveyors, CAD technicians, and a wetlands/wildlife biologist specializing in environmental permitting.
