SPEC ENGINEERING SERVICES is a professional services corporation originally established in February 2007 under the name of Spec Design PSC and recently evolved to comprise a variety of structural engineering services under the laws of the U.S. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. SPEC ENGINEERING SERVICES provides engineering, design and project management as well as inspection services to both private and public sector clients. The owner of the firm, Roberto Marte De La Mota, is a professional engineer, licensed in Puerto Rico, with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the design and management of commercial, industrial and institutional projects, highway bridges, and residential projects. The firm provides engineering services using an efficient and high quality approach which provides great value to our clients.
