Spartan Engineering, PSC (SE) is a Hispanic-owned environmental and process-mechanical engineering firm founded in 2008 providing engineering planning design services for residential, public and industrial utilities including water, sewer, and stormwater transmission and treatment facilities. SE is specialized in the design of fluid utilities systems, water distribution networks, pump stations and treatment facilities ranging from under $100K up to $5 million. We currently serve private and municipal clients in Puerto Rico. SE also provides 3D BIM Modeling of mechanical systems for all type of facilities.
