RB Properties, LLC is a family business that owns a variety of income producing properties such as: commercial retail centers, office buildings and some luxury residential properties. All properties are in Puerto Rico, mostly in San Juan area and Caguas. Our company was founded by Engineer Raul Betancourt, our president, in 1990 for the purpose of buying and managing income producing properties. We do our own leasing, maintenance and management. We have over thirty tenants, from restaurants, medical offices, bank, pharmacy, etc.
