Q&A is Professional Engineering Firm with offices in Puerto Rico headquartered in San Antonio TX. We have a long history of successful projects throughout the Southwestern Division for the Department of Defense and the State of Texas. Q&A has self-performed over 220 projects over the last 11 years in Texas, California, Washington, Louisiana, and Georgia. Technical support capabilities include; - Management of environmental quality, compliance, restoration and waste management programs for all media to include air, water, soil, and waste. - Construction quality management includes pre-construction studies, NEPA, RFP development, program management, inspections, observation, surveys, and investigations. - Facility Services include facility maintenance, environmental management, energy management, building assessments and efficiency.
