Capabilities

I have been a nutritionist by profession since 1990. Some of the interests that have occupied my professional performance are: education in nutrition, physical wellness and the prevention of harmful clinical conditions since these relate to the eating habits of puertoricans. The greatest causes of death in Puerto Rico are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cerebrovascular accident and cancer. My motivation is this: to be part of the solution area of wellbeing and give people access to the knowledge needed in the process of selecting healthier food choices. With this reasoning, it seemed logical to create a seasoning that will contribute to the health of the consumer, without sacrificing its flavor. From this, “Adobo Mi Sabor” was born. NUTRITION GROUP LLC was established in 2017 dedicated to puertorican nutritional products focused on health area. Our first product, Adobo Mi Sabor, was launched as the main product of the brand on June 12, 2017.
