(FPT) is a NEBB-certified small business based in Puerto Rico, specializing in HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), commissioning, cleanroom testing, and duct leakage verification. Since 1991, FPT has supported federal, healthcare, and pharmaceutical clients with certified HVAC performance testing in compliance with NEBB, ASHRAE, and USACE standards. We have completed work for VA Caribbean Healthcare, USDA, and U.S. Federal Courts in PR and USVI. Our bilingual team serves projects in PR, Florida, and the U.S. Southeast.
