The Corporación para el Desarrollo Económico de Trujillo Alto (CDETA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving Trujillo Alto and surrounding areas. Founded in August 1986, CDETA provides economic and technical assistance to small and medium-sized businesses and development of affordable housing and development for low-income families and the elderlys. Certified as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) through the Puerto Rico Department of Housing’s HOME Program and the Municipal Housing Department, CDETA specializes in housing management, rehabilitation of residential units, and community services. With extensive experience managing federal and state funds under HUD, FEMA, SBA, and Enterprise Community Partners, CDETA is a trusted partner for agencies and contractors seeking to improve housing infrastructure, deliver social programs, and foster sustainable community and economic growth in Puerto Rico.
