Constructora I. Meléndez, LLC, is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in February 1, 2014 with main office in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The Company emerges as surviving entity from the corporate re-organization and merged between Constructora I Meléndez SE and Constructora I Meléndez Inc. respectively. The Company is engaged in the construction industry as a general contractor. At present the company has very capable and prepared personnel, ready to work on general construction projects.
