18 GRADOS DESIGN is a Design-Build A/E (Architecture & Engineering) Company based in Puerto Rico focused on contemporary design and project development. Our staff encompass the fields of architecture, civil and structural engineering, permitting services and construction management/development in association with mechanical, electrical, fire protection and geotechnical engineering disciplines. While being a relatively young firm, founded in 2015, the vast cumulative team experience joined at 18 GRADOS DESIGN benefits from a variety of work experiences on all sectors of the construction industry from small to large scale residential projects to complex large commercial and retail construction programs.
