Transparency Matters, LLC (TMLLC) recognizes the vast majority of police officer's conduct themselves with honor and integrity on a daily basis. Public trust is directly influenced by how police agencies handle complaints of officer misconduct. Police transparency and community outreach is critical to enhancing and sustaining public trust. Through consultation with TMLLC, police agencies will be provided with recommendations on how to develop quality accountability processes that enhance public trust.
