Capabilities

We are a full-service precision machine shop providing complete, end-to-end manufacturing solutions under one roof. Our integrated capabilities allow us to support customers from prototype development through full production while maintaining tight tolerances, consistent quality, and reliable lead times. Our facility is equipped with advanced CNC milling and turning centers capable of producing complex components across a wide range of materials. In addition to CNC machining, we offer both wire and sinker EDM services, enabling us to manufacture intricate geometries and tight internal features. We also provide grinding services, including surface, jig, and wet grinding. This allows us to achieve exceptionally close tolerances, precise flatness, and fine surface requirements for tooling, fixtures, and critical components. As a true one-stop shop, our broad in-house capabilities reduce the need for outside processing, shorten lead times, and improve quality control.
