Pagnotta Engineering, Inc (PEI) is an engineering design, analysis, and program management consulting firm located approximately 30 miles west of Philadelphia, PA. PEI has provided engineering services in a variety of industries, with concentration in aerospace and flight simulation. During our 25+ year history, PEI has completed over 500 projects. Many required DER review and approval. Michael Pagnotta, President of PEI, has been a FAA Structures Designated Engineering Representative (DER), FAR Parts 23, 25, 27, and 29, since 1996.
