Independent Consultant with the ability to sub contract for program or project support with larger or like company. I can plan and direct logistics as I have over 20 years as a quartermaster officer. I can partner, team, or joint venture. I have over 10 years experience as a telecommunications and IT project manager and program manager for the Department of Defense, having an average of 19 projects worth over 17 million dollars. So I can manage asset portfolio, respond to crises (former chief of Logistics Operations Center for the Army National Guard) and work overseas (worked close with industry in Europe). I can assist in facilities management (was a garrison commander). PMP certified with DAWIA Program Management Level III Certification and DAWIA Acquisition Logistics Level Certification, with Secret clearance. Currently subcontracting as an instructor in IT project management. Finally, I have experience and can assist in human resources, operations and acquisitions support.
