Capabilities

Hall's Family Academy LLC (HFA) provides non-clinical management consulting and professional development training to federally and state-funded early childhood education programs as prime and subcontractor. HFA designed and secured Commonwealth of Pennsylvania registration for a State-Registered Apprenticeship for the Child Development Specialist occupation (RAPIDS 90550), pairing on-the-job hours with 200 hours of related instruction at Community College of Allegheny County, mapped to all six NAEYC standards and rubrics. Apprentices earn the CDA and a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship. HFA's founder holds a Harvard university Credential in Child Welfare and Protection. Advisory competencies include HHS, ACF, and CCDF program management, pre- and post-award; Keystone STARS and OCDEL compliance planning; DHS Ch. 3270/3280/3800 advisory; audit and health/safety readiness; and technical assistance for Head Start, PA Pre-K Counts, and Early Intervention. HFA carry zero audits.
