The Company provides complete turn-key programs including factory layout and design. Using CAD/CAM steel roll forming equipment, the Company’s proprietary manufacturing technology and the steel manufacturing plants are capable of building everything from “tiny homes', to single family modular and multifamily homes. The Company is able to produce steel frame panels for use in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. In some markets the factory also produces a steel frame truss package available for use on buildings built with timber, concrete or other base materials. Steel is the strongest structure available, able to sustain sustained wind forces in excess of 150 MPH. It is fire resistant, will not rot or warp, is totally impervious and rodent. The product line is far superior and cost competitive to traditional “wood frame” modular, manufactured or site built housing– and it is GREEN!
