DKMT is a newly formed veteran owned small business that specializes in critical infra-structure, energy and general business consulting. Its employees have significant experi-ence working with private and government entities. Examples include: For the City of Aspen, CO. DKMT personnel were engaged to lead a team consisting of city, county, and utility personnel to assess the City’s energy vulnerabilities and develop an energy emergency response plan. The response plan had to be NIMS compliant and be integrated with the city’s all hazards plan For the US Army CERL, DKMT personnel led a team of four people that researched litera-ture, developed a framework; and designed a model and procedures to assess the energy resilience and readiness of military installations to perform their critical missions.
