CEG-MSE Joint Venture, LLC (CEG-MSE JV) is an entity composed of two 8(a) woman-owned small businesses—Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC (CEG) and MSE Group, LLC (MSE). Together, we bring our clients the full spectrum of environmental services, civil infrastructure design, mapping, and technology integration.
