BlackOps Advisory Group LLC delivers authorization readiness and artifact packaging for defense and regulated-environment programs. We convert incomplete unclassified inputs such as system questionnaires, architecture details, SBOMs, and vulnerability scan outputs into structured, reviewer-ready baseline deliverables including SSPs, POA&Ms, evidence gap assessments, and risk-driven remediation priorities. Our role is upstream of assessment and platform tooling. We reduce manual documentation effort, surface missing evidence early, and help teams arrive prepared for internal review, prime-led delivery, or third-party assessment. Designed as a low-friction subcontract workshare, we provide fixed-scope readiness packaging with repeatable, reviewer-aligned outputs for teams entering DoD environments.
