Capabilities

BlackFlare delivers redeployable modular data center pods powered at the source by flare gas, stranded field gas, or dedicated dry gas. Each dual pod block pairs about 5 to 6 MW of multifuel opposed piston linear generation with 3 to 6 MW of AI and HPC, producing IT grade power without waiting on transmission upgrades. Sites scale to 50 to 100 MW hubs and across basins into a 3 GW corridor. Pods tolerate wide BTU swings, connect via soft pipelines, set on fast stone pads, and relocate as wells decline. Gas conditioning, controls, and continuous telemetry keep output stable and cut methane waste. Ecosystem: integrates with Dell modular enclosures and is designed for NVIDIA HGX class platforms. Result: faster time to power, lower grid impact, and secure domestically fueled compute for defense, industrial, and cloud workloads. We deliver turnkey siting, interconnect lite, compliance and safety packages, and CMMC Level 1 readiness.
