Capabilities

Bestweld manufactures Navy and Maritime Deck Drains and Belled End, Socket Weld seamless and welded fittings as well as buttweld fittings from Copper Nickel 90/10, 70/30, Stainless Steel 316, 316L, 304, 304L, Aluminum 6061, 6063, Titanium, C22, 321, and more with Various machined end preps including custom end preps, Mil-F-24202, Mil-DTL-24342, SK74 PN-1 and more. Deck drains can be custom made or manufactured to NAVSEA 803-1385789. Drains are manufactured in Copper Nickel 90/10 and 70/30, Stainless Steel 316L or 304L, and Aluminum as Type A, B, C, D, G, H and S. Seamless and Welded fittings come in the following configurations: 90's, 45's, Tee's, Reducing Tee's, Concentrics, Eccentrics, Couplings, Aligning Connectors and more. Common specifications include: NAVSEA 810-1385880 Rev D, ASTM A403, ANSI B16.9, B16.25, B16.28 and MSS SP-119 (96, 03, 10), SP-25, SP-43, 802-5959353, ASTM A234, A960, ASTM B361, B366. Custom Extra Long Tangent lengths available for all fittings upon request.
