Base Engineering Inc. was established in 1979. Located at 1010 N. Quebec Street in Allentown, PA, Base has been serving the communities in the Lehigh Valley, northeast Pennsylvania, and northwest New Jersey for the past thirty years. Base Engineering Inc. provides technical and consulting services in various branches including, but not limited to, surveying, planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, geotechnical, transportation, and bulk material handling engineering.In addition, Base can provide construction observation services, expert testimony, design-build services, and code enforcement services. Our Code Enforcement Department serves twenty-eight different municipalities in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon and Monroe Counties.
