Provide classroom instruction in tactical communications teaching a system called Verbal Judo to persuade all types of people to follow the laws/directives/rules/policies & procedures even if they don't want to or suffer from mental illness, homeless, or just trying to survive. The program also works with internal teams, external customers, vendors, Divisions, and Departments. The program was originally developed for police, but has benefits for all, as the program goals highlight: 1. Employee Safety 2. Enhanced Professionalism 3. Decrease Liability 4.
