With more than 24 year experience in Human Resources and Organization Development, Jeana's expertise lies in Leadership Coaching, Meeting Design and Facilitation, Culture Transformation, and Leader, Manager, and Team Development. Jeana has a Master Degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. Jeana is certified in multiple leader assessments including Hogan, Birkman, CliftonStrengths, Korn Ferry, and Leadership Practices Inventory. She is also certified in diversity/equity/inclusion/belonging through Stanford. Jeana spent 20 years working at the Fortune 500 company, Intel Corporation where she held a Global Director role in Leadership and Learning.
