Here at Lapo Inc. we strive on ensuring that our drivers’ safety is priority. By providing adhesive vests to keeping updates from the post office we ensure that our drivers get to go home safely. We also understand the importance of work life balance and schedule our drivers within their demographics, so they can be home every day instead of spending time away from friends and family. We also make ourselves available and keep proper documentation and communication open so that our drivers are treated with the respect they deserve. Along with open communication we trust that while on the road our drivers are always remaining professional and driving safely within state regulations. We utilize EROAD to help us ensure compliance, safety and an efficient fleet. We also utilize Geotabs to help track our drivers for prompt pick up and drop off’s which also allows our drivers to communicate breaks, breakdowns, etc..
