Capabilities

Our mission is to translate the strongest and most current evidence into practical and effective approaches for  achieving true equity, and deep diversity and inclusion for the benefit of organizations, their members  and the people they serve. We are a partnership of inclusion and equity scientists and professionals with deep and unique expertise in the factors that promote or impede full inclusion, deep diversity and true equity. The enormous body of scientific evidence on creating true equity and inclusion is dense, complex, and difficult to interpret without deep expertise.Creating real diversity, inclusion, and equity is a tricky challenge and common­sense ideas often do not work. We leverage a large body of existing research to provide Inclusive Climate Assessment, Evidence-Driven training (live and E-learning), and consulting. We also conduct research on strategies for creating full inclusion and true equity.
