Hayes Construction LLC was built on the belief that true craftsmanship comes from versatility, dedication, and a lifetime of hands-on experience. With decades of operating heavy equipment and more than 27 years as a professional welder, I’ve contributed to the construction of schools, mills, casinos, battery factories, and major infrastructure across the Willamette Valley—so much so that there’s hardly a place you can drive without passing something I’ve helped build. I named my company Hayes Construction because my abilities extend far beyond one specialty—yet today I’m focused on bringing that same level of excellence to excavation, land clearing, and septic system installation and repair. Every project is approached with the pride, precision, and hard-earned expertise that define Hayes Construction LLC.
