Founded in 2007, Carbon Solutions Northwest (CSNW) helps project developers identify, evaluate, and negotiate agreements that generate revenue to support renewable-energy projects. We assess alternatives for a power purchase, net metering, or biogas-offtake agreement, or work can involve identifying and monetizing environmental attributes, transferrable tax credits, and other project incentives. We strive to maximize value when developing such off-take agreements. We can also incorporate projects’ revenue streams into a pro forma spreadsheet that accurately predicts projects’ financial performance. CSNW’s work helps project developers make informed decisions about whether and how to proceed. Our work can also help secure debt financing required to complete project construction.
