Baseline Construction is an Oregon-based civil and utility contractor specializing in telecommunications infrastructure, powerline construction, and wireless communications facilities. We self-perform underground conduit and fiber placement, overhead line construction, civil grading, trenching, and radio tower infrastructure giving public agencies a single accountable contractor on complex, multi-trade projects. Our leadership brings direct field experience: journeyman lineman and line crew foreman backgrounds with years of utility and telecom construction across the Pacific Northwest. We understand prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll, and public works documentation requirements from day one.
